We have a series of therapeutic agents for human diseases under testing:
We have Four drugs in preclinical development including antibodies to tumor endothelial marker 8, caveolin-1 tumor paracrine hormone, immunotoxin substance-P saproin to chronic pain neurons expressing neuronkinin-1 receptor, and enzymes degrading arginine and methionine for amino acid auxotropic tumors.
We have four drugs in phase I clinical trials including immunotoxins targeting CD3 for Tcell lymphomas, CD19/CDE22 for B cell lymphomas, CD22 for B cell lymphomas, and the IL3 receptor for acute myeloid leukemias.
